Central figure of Kongōku Bosatsu seated on a lotus pedestal with the holy wheel in his left hand, surrounded by the four other Bodhisattvas Muijūrikiku, Ryūōku, Mujūrikiku, Raidenku. Inscription: Sumiyoshi Jingū-ji (Jingū-ji Temple attached to the Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine, abolished during the haibutsu kishaku).
